As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, sales growth, and exceptional customer service. The Branch Manager will play a key role in the success of business by leading a dedicated team, fostering a positive work environment, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Implement and maintain efficient processes to optimize workflow and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Collaborate with district management to develop and execute strategic plans to meet branch objectives.

2. Sales Management:

  • Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and providing excellent customer service.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies.

3. Team Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

4. Financial Management:

  • Manage budgetary goals and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with district management to develop annual budgets and forecasts.

5. Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the roofing or construction supply industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of roofing materials and construction products (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
