Construction Co./Builder/Property Mgt. in Bowie seeking Full Time in office person for A/R (incl. AIA), A/P, J/C (detailed), P/R (including Certified P/R), Tax Prep and License renewals, Y/E Processing, Insurance and misc. Admin. tasks. Must be detail oriented and have excellent computer and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage 100, QuickBooks or similar. This is a temp-to-hire position. Previous experience in construction field is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Willing to learn new positions and work in different areas needed. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the general ledger
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Collaborate with tax accountant for year-end processing
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Handle payroll processing and tax filings
- Willing to adapt to all tasks assigned

- Assist with property management and books

We are looking for a "forever" person for a family oriented causal office.
