Accepting applications for full time and part time position

We are a locally owned residential home builder specializing in a unique system that allows our customers great flexibility in the new home construction process. Due to our tremendous growth, this is a new position within the company and is being evaluated for full time and/or part time employment. This is an entry level in-person position at our office in Sanford NC. This position does have some flexibility on the hours, but it is not a work from home position.

The qualified applicant is required to have experience with QuickBooks online version, and those who also have BuilderTrend experience will be an incredible fit to the new position. Additional experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Sheets will be beneficial.

The applicant will be communicating via phone and email with customers and their mortgage loan officers regarding financial questions relating to the new home construction project, in addition to communicating with trade partners and suppliers. A strong customer service communication skill is also required.

Duties shall include but not be limited to:

• General Bookkeeping duties
• Maintaining the A/R from customers and lenders
• A/P data entry and basic processes
• Answering of phones and redirecting calls to the proper department or team member
• Assisting with the financial reconciliation process for completed home construction.
• Communicating with customers regarding their financial responsibility to the project and maintaining a high level of understanding with customer to ensure a smooth financial process.

The pay rate / salary will be determined by the position being either part time or full time, coupled with the experience of the applicant.
