Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the automotive service department
- Ensure efficient and effective operation of the service department
- Provide leadership and guidance to service technicians and staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for automotive repairs and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in automotive technology
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
- Manage inventory, including ordering parts and supplies as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive service, preferably in a management role
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and maintenance procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to align team goals with company objectives
- Proficient in auto estimating software and systems
- Familiarity with auto body repair processes is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in automotive service environment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must have basic knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions. Ability to apply mathematical formulas to calculate commissions and discounts.
• Acted as a work lead or supervisor previously.
• Ability to exercise judgement and to work independently.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations.
• Comfortable utilizing up-sell techniques.

Pay: $82,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
