AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER
(NAME WITHHELD) is looking for a Sales Manager, who can lead our Used Car team to victory. We are searching for an assertive, charismatic Sales Manager to take advantage of our booming market area. The ideal candidate will have a through understanding of Finance, an understanding of SETF OneSource (Financing) programs, and a minimum of three years of management experience at one Toyota dealership.

Sales Manager, Used Car Department - Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all car sales at the dealership.
• Hands-on closing deals on sales floor.
• Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, and gross on a monthly and annual basis.
• Must be a strong closer and willing to engage customers early in the process.
• Must be a team player and willing to coach team members to help them succeed.
• Must be a leader who understands the Golden Rule — you manage other people the way you would like to be managed. You ensure everyone understands their job fully and has all the tools they need.
• Sales Manager, Used Car Department - Job Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience with new and used car sales required (Toyota preferred).
• 3 years of management experience at one dealership required
• Knowledge of finance or finance experience required
• High energy is a must.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Excellent managerial skills.
• Strong Leadership Skills. (Re: The Golden Rule).
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR (Motor Vehicle Record), background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid GEORGIA driver’s license with CLEAN driving record (NO DUI'S or LOSS OF LICENSE IN LAST 7 YEARS).
