Service Manager will have:

• At least 5 years of Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager Experience
• Ford Experience a Plus
• Strong Leadership Skills
• A verifiable track record of Growing the Business and High Customer Satisfaction
• Pass Background, Drug Screen, and have a valid Driver's License
• Have the ability to attain and maintain Manufacturer Certifications within 120 days of hire
• Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dealership Computer Systems

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team. The Automotive Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient vehicle maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of service technicians, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Schedule and prioritize service appointments to meet customer needs
- Provide guidance and support to service technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all service orders
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the service team to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts for repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized service department
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Upsell additional services or repairs based on customer needs

Able to:

• Sit or stand for long periods of time
• Bend, stoop, lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed to support dealership operations.
