Assistant Project Manager - CONTRACT ROLE 12 Months

Responsibilities:

• Assist in multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with diverse teams including business analysts, developers, marketing, and operations to ensure project success.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for senior management.
• Maintain project documentation, including charters, risk logs, and change requests.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies for tracking and reporting project performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in contracting or consulting.
• Strong project management skills managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent reporting skills, capable of preparing detailed and accurate project reports.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Trello, Asana, or Jira.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.
