Growing technology equipment company is looking for a Sales Representative.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
· Identify and research potential target firms, companies, and contacts within the designated industry or market.
· Create and maintain a prospect list to ensure a steady flow of potential leads.
· Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach, to initiate contact with potential clients.
Meeting and Presenting:
· Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce our products/services.
· Deliver engaging and informative presentations tailored to the client's requirements and pain points.
· Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
CRM Management:
· Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
· Track and manage opportunities, leads, and interactions within the CRM to ensure a systematic sales process.
· Generate reports and insights from CRM data to inform decision-making.
Sales Goals/Quotas:
· Work diligently to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
· Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve goals.
· Continuously monitor progress and adjust approaches as needed.
Day-to-Day Outreach:
· Conduct daily outreach activities, including phone calls, emails, and social media interactions, to engage with prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
· Maintain a high level of activity to generate a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Sales Meeting Huddles:
· Participate in team huddles or sales meetings to discuss progress, share best practices, and receive coaching and feedback.
· Collaborate with colleagues to improve sales strategies and techniques.
Customer Training:
· Provide training and educational sessions to customers to ensure they understand how to use our products or services effectively.
· Address any customer questions or concerns during training sessions.
Price Quotations and Service Agreements:
· Prepare and present price quotations and service agreement contracts to potential clients.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, meeting revenue goals, and contributing to the success of the organization. Your ability to prospect effectively, manage opportunities in the CRM, and deliver compelling presentations will be essential in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2 years of selling technology equipment
Proven track record of success
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
3. Technical Aptitude:
Familiarity with construction layout, Total Station instruments, and related surveying and measurement technologies.
Proficiency in using software and applications relevant to construction layout.
4. Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5. Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Skill in identifying and addressing potential technical challenges or issues.
6. Customer-Centric Approach:
A commitment to understanding and fulfilling customer requirements and providing outstanding post-sales support.

Willingness to stay updated on the latest advancements in construction layout technology and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
