Job Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will handle a wide range of administrative, executive support-related tasks, and personal errands, involving the clerical, administrative, project-based, and logistical functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's professional and personal calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, family events, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence directed to the CEO, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents by the CEO.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients, as well as family members for scheduling and coordination.
  • Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts, along with personal appointments and family-related engagements.
  • Manage special projects assigned by the CEO, often requiring research, managing of vendors, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing for monthly, and quarterly meetings, and executive sessions, including material preparation and logistics.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO and executives, employees, customers.
  • Conduct personal errands for the CEO as needed, ensuring efficient management of both professional and personal commitments.
  • Anticipate and plan for key professional and personal dates; Birthdays, Anniversary’s, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual planning meetings, team meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, and familiarity with enterprise software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with c-level executives.
  • Understanding of the technology sector and its current landscape.
  • Ability to handle complex and fast-changing schedules.
  • Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks with little or no supervision.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
