Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Valley Wide (multiple locations)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous on-site apartment or hotel maintenance experience, with a strong skill set in various maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall repairs, painting, and appliance installation/repair.
Responsibilities will include apartment turnovers, make-ready tasks, completing punch out lists, and fulfilling work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-6 months of on-site apartment or hotel maintenance experience
- HVAC/CPO Certification and knowledge is advantageous
- Proficiency in apartment turnovers, make-ready tasks, punch out lists, and work orders
- Skills in electrical, plumbing, drywall repairs, painting, and appliance installation/repair
- Must possess basic hand tools and a power drill
