We are hiring a Assistant Case Manager for a personal injury law firm. We are focused on delivering excellent customer service no matter the size of the case. The assistant case manager will assist clients with intake, treatment, property damage, collection of medical records, demands, negotiating settlements, and disbursals. We are looking for candidates with great communication skills and the ability to manage a high paced environment. Duties include:

• Assist in the intake process for new clients
• Input information into the case management system.
• Continuously communicate with medical providers to ensure medical treatment and diagnostic tests are performed effectively and in a timely manner.
• Acquire and review medical and billing records throughout the treatment phase of the case and update case management system with treatment updates.
• Continuously communicate with clients to ensure questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Ability to interact with insurance companies, and lienholders.
• Oversee the completion of all pre-litigation responsibilities for newly acquired cases.
• Assist Case Managers as needed

The ideal candidates will have the following:

• Fluent in Spanish
• Some experience with a law firm
• Organizations skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficient with MS Office

This is a full time position Monday through Friday.
