We are hiring an Office Manager for our growing personal injury law firm in Houston, Texas. Our firm and staff believe in delivering excellent client service by ensuring each client, regardless of the case size, receives personalized attention, compassion and the highest standard of care. Our office manager will oversee the day-to-day office operations, manage the staff, lead the case managers on pre-litigation case management strategy and ensure office policies are adhered to.
Qualifications:
● Prior law firm managerial experience
● Case manager or office manager with 5-7 years of experience
● Fluent in Spanish
● A client-focused mindset
● Meticulous attention to detail
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
● Strong organizational skills to maintain order in the office environment and softwares
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with both internal and external clients
● Capacity to lead and motivate a team of administrative staff for a positive and productive work environment.
● Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met
● Basic understanding of of financial management, budgeting, and accounting principles
Responsibilities:
● Manage and oversee daily pre-litigation operations
● Manage pre-litigation team to ensure cases comply with standard operating procedures and milestones are completed on time
● Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
● Negotiate settlements and identify cases for litigation
● Negotiate liens and medical bills
● Keep office systems running smoothly including ordering office supplies, organizing filing systems, maintaining office equipment, optimizing the organizational budget, and scheduling meetings
● Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
● Carry out other human resources tasks and office administration duties when necessary
● Train and develop office staff on procedures and policies
● Manage and organize team events
● Uphold the values and reputation of our law firm

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
