Analytica is Hiring a Project Manager Near Washington, DC
Analytica is seeking a remote Project Manager to manage complex financial projects involving data and/or analytics projects for federal financial clients in the DC metro area. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with clients in both a consulting and delivery capacity to tackle complex, data science and technology projects.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Lead one or more data and analytics project teams consisting of a mix of technical and non-technical personnel, including data engineers, data scientists and data analysts.
- Engage regularly with clients at numerous levels of a federal financial client- project managers, stakeholders, end-users, data owners, analysts, IT groups, management, and executives
- Manage project delivery agile project ceremonies and activities as required, including creating Epic / User stories creation, product and sprint backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Provide client interface and consulting support to delivery and engineering teams on business analysis, technology approach, solutions, project management process and client engagement to drive delivery success
- Ensure project activities and deliverables are accomplished within the general scope of project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or Economicsor related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required
- At least 5years of experience of consulting, project management, and data analysis support for U.S. Federal Agencies with a preference for U.S. Federal regulator
- Experience managing or performing data quality (including defining validation logic) on complex data sets.
- Preferred experience collaborating with subject matter experts in financial services organization and working with financial industry data standards
- Experience performing or leading data quality programs (including defining validation logic) on complex data sets
- Experience using data analytical tools such as Python, SAS, and/or SQL
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients, technical SME's, and other project team members to establish, monitor and perform against requirements and deliverable
- Experience in technical writing and presentation.
- Proven leadership and communication abilities
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
- Written and oral proficiency in English.
- Must be a US citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public trust security clearance for the supported agencies
