CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

The Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of the Customer Service Team

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversee Accounts inquiries
• Implement training for new hires and identifies training opportunities for current staff.
• Oversee process improvement initiatives
• Handle all team HR issues in accordance with company policy.
• Ability to thrive in a changing environment utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of monthly metrics (SLA/KM’s) and ensure adherence
• Assist with escalations and troubleshooting
• Manage IT access to client ERP systems
• Maintain a documented system of policies and procedures.
• Comply with local, state, and federal government requirements.
• Identify and recommend updates to accounting processes and procedures.
• Provide reporting and analysis of data
• Leverages decision framework and exercises sound judgement

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong supervisory skills, with a customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication skills, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and results oriented work ethic
• Understanding of Accounting/AP Principles
• Experience with Travel and Expense/Supply Chain is a
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors pref
• 2-5 years related exp required.
