What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced AP professional to join our growing team as Accounts Payable Supervisor. The AP Supervisor will supervise the payable function, have direct invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and streamline our spend management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the accounts payable team to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee invoice processing, payment, and vendor account reconciliation.
• Onboard new vendors, ensuring all documentation is received and approved.
• Process annual 1099s.
• Oversee travel and expense management platform to ensure spending is appropriate and within policy.
• Develop and implement policies and controls for compliance with regulations and company guidelines.
• Review and approve vendor invoices with accuracy and proper authorization.
• Resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate cross functionally with other departments to streamline processes.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships and address inquiries promptly.
• Prepare accounts payable reports and support audits as needed.
• Assist with cash flow projections to align to vendor payment schedules.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and accounts payable best practices.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5 years of accounts payable experience, 1-2 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience with ERPs like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, etc.
• Experience with travel and expense platforms like SAP Concur
• Experience with AP invoice management systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including pivot tables and lookup functions in Excel
