Construction Project Manager/Engineers

A leading Structural Repair and Restoration Contractor is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Project Manager/Engineer for our Baltimore, MD office. Project locations include the MD, DC, VA, and the surrounding areas. New graduates from college or trade schools who are eager to learn may apply. Work experience on any WMATA project is beneficial. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in engineering or construction management
• Individuals with 2 years’ experience in general building practices, hi-rise, façade, waterproofing, all aspects of concrete repairs and knowledge of the trade a plus
• Knowledge of Procore a plus but not limited to
• Knowledge of hi-rise and scaffolding stages a plus
• WMATA work experience beneficial
• Must possess computer skills, proficiency with project budgeting and scheduling
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage others
• Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills
• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors on multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage budgets and project schedules, quality, and safety on projects
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

• Previous experience in construction management
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
