$34,000 - $65,000 yearly

• Survey structures for fire, mold, weather, and water damage
• Remove and replace damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials
• Repair and restore the structure
• Clean and store salvageable belongings and property
• Deodorize and sanitize indoor space

• Physical fitness and stamina is required, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and listening skills are a must
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and working in various weather and environments
• Comfortable with using power and hand tools
• IICRC (inspection cleaning and restoration certification) required, WRT (water damage restoration endorsement) is preferred

• MUST live within 50 miles of our office in Auburn Hills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Great communication, listening, and teamwork skills
• Able to participate in our rotational on-call after-hours schedule
