Modernistic of Saginaw  is currently looking for an experienced Water & Fire Restoration Project Manager  to join our rapidly growing Restoration team. Our ideal Project Manager candidate has multiple years of experience working in the restoration industry with a firm grasp of Mitigation services.

• Scope and sign jobs pertaining to mitigation, fire cleaning, mold remediation, etc
• Estimate work performed to insurance/TPA standards
• Lead and manage technicians on job sites
• Quality control on all job sites
• Line up trades and materials for projects and producing project schedules
• Produce jobs on time and on a budget with high quality standards
• Provide outstanding documentation on all project details
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters and other parties involved
• Perform site visits to produce scopes of work and sign jobs
• Develop and maintain insurance industry relationships
• Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships
• Follow insurance career specific SLA standards
• File management and assist with collections
• Oversee draw schedules and assist with collections
• Ability to self-perform expected tasks of water restoration technician competencies as needed

• 3 years of experience in the restoration industry
• 3 years of project management experience
• Xactimate certification or equivalent preferred
• IICRC Certifications
• Outstanding communication and customer service experience
• Ability to recognize and solve problems individually
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to quickly pick up new technologies/software
• Detail-oriented
• Must be able to pass a drug test & background check
• Valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record
• Microsoft Work, Excel proficient
