Concordia Medical Equipment is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our growing team.
If you’ve worked in customer service, are tired of working evenings and weekends, and want a steady income this job is for you! Customer Service Representative works Monday-Friday in a fast-paced environment using your customer service experience by answering phones, placing orders, and addressing customer questions.
This is a full-time position with benefits.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for new patient intake activities, assessing the needs of new and existing customers, referral and customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, order accuracy, coordinating delivery or service, and verifying issues related to service authorization, insurance coverage, and reimbursement.
The Customer Service Representative is the direct contact with customers within the retail location or via telephone. Provides compression services to clients / patients and customers in our retail location.
Must be able to evaluate, assess the need for, measure and recommend compression garments and related supplies within the scope of services available from the company.
Upon designation by the supervisor, additional responsibilities include : negotiate pricing, placing special orders for products and supplies, and shipping of product or supplies.
