Concord Tap House in Concord, CA is looking for two line cooks to join our back of house team. We are located at 3513 Clayton Road. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.
$16 to $20 per hour, - based on experience -
. We have a generous tip sharing policy. Tips Paid Weekly
Weekend availability is required but can be flexible with right candidate. Part-time, 20- to 35-hour shifts available....flexible schedule. We are willing to work around your primary job schedule
Basic Duties Include But are not limited to the following
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, , appetizers and snacks
- Plating prepared foods consistently based on senior chef’s guidance
- Working with Beertenders to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
- Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
1 year minimum restaurant cooking experience welcomed, but not required -- will train the right candidate.
