The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

Under the supervision of a Sr. Operations Trainer, the Team Lead will work to support department operational needs directly. This includes facilitating training material, call calibrations, floor coverage including escalations, dispatch analysis, audit trail tracking, and administrative task support. The Team Lead will help to focus on Team Member opportunities, add support to departmental functionality, and work to increase the overall effectiveness of situational development.

Responsibilities

As our Team Lead, Call Center, you will:

  • Act as a training liaison responsible for implementing and facilitating specific material.
  • Provide floor support, including dispatch, escalations, and fill-in needs.
  • Help complete auditing and tracking of departmental opportunities and issues.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with appropriate established policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Meet department goals and standards.
  • Assisted in responding to account-level questions from employees and other departments.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities concurrently including Chat Support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 12 months’ prior experience in Customer Success, Recovery Solutions, or correspondence.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt and a willingness to change.
  • Commitment to quality, organization, effective communication and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, internally and externally, with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to effectively problem solve.
  • Microsoft proficiency required: Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, multi-task and meet deadlines.
