We are looking to add stewards who can facilitate our operations team with organization, cleanliness and over see packing in and out for events. This position requires a high level of organization, and communication with front and back of house managers.

PAY: $21/hour Tips

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2 years experience in a stewarding or similar role
- 5 years in a resort, conference center, catering company, or high volume catering environment
- Experience with reading event orders (BEO / EO’s)
- Organized and able to teach others to do the same
- Has adhered to and created cleaning and maintenance for kitchen and kitchen equipment
- Basic utilization of: excel, word, calendars, email with the desire to learn any platform needed to be successful in the role.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE POSITION:
- Lead putting away any orders such food, paper, and chemical deliveries
- Maintain organization of all areas of the kitchen and loading dock
- Clean and organize any hot boxes, carts and coolers needed for events
- Gather, label and load any equipment and smallwares need for events based on information on event orders (EO’s)
- Oversee and work with dishwasher to make sure cleanliness standards are met
- Oversee daily, weekly or monthly deep cleaning is being executed

ALL EMPLOYEES NEED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING:
-21 years or older
- Food handling card or certification through the approved organization, and ability to apply that knowledge by way of proper food handling
- Able to lift and move 50 pounds
- Able to sustain working long hours on your feet
- Should have reliable transportation to get to scheduled shifts and locations on time, and to get home after your shift

- Can professionally follow directives and instructions, on the spot, during busy times

- *Servers and bartenders need TIPS liquor certification
- * FOH & BOH Managers and Supervisor Roles need a valid driver's license and clean driving record
