Concentric is Hiring an Account Executive Near Omaha, NE

Concentric Corporation is currently seeking a talented Account Executive for our client in the Omaha area.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, representing our company and advocating for their interests. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and acquire new clients, as well as expand relationships with existing clients, in the Omaha area.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive threats, and develop targeted sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements and exceed their expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to educate clients on the value of our products and services and persuade them to choose our company as their preferred partner.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives, and securing profitable business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics and KPIs, and provide regular updates and reports to management on progress towards sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed of industry developments, market trends, and customer insights, and share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, capable of understanding client needs and developing solutions to address them.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative and pursue opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Omaha market and local business landscape is preferred.
