Concentric Methods is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Rockville, MD, in support of the NIH.
Responsibilities:
- Under this Task Order, the Contractor(s) shall provide services in support of the overall functions of OD/OSMO/OWS.
- This work is expected to support laboratory facility projects for NIAID on the NIH Bethesda Campus.
- All orders will be tracked closely by the Senior Project Manager for both budget and schedule.
- Coordinate the procurement and installation of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE).
- Develop the procurement scope through communication with the end users.
- Select vendors to provide proposals, compare proposals provided to for review by end users/management and prepare and track all documentation for the procurement.
- Work closely with project team to identify delivery dates for all items in the project schedule and oversee the delivery, unpacking, installation, and activation of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
