Summary Description:

Links Global seeks a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with extensive experience in marketing communications, particularly in substance use and mental health initiatives. The Project Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of marketing communication services contracts, ensuring successful project execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing complex projects, working with federal agencies or organizations in the substance use and mental health field, and effectively communicating with diverse audiences. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of project management experience in marketing communications, with a focus on substance use and mental health initiatives.
• Proven experience working with federal agencies or organizations working in the substance use and mental health field.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse and complex marketing communications projects with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
