Job Title: Help Desk Support
Location: Orlando, FL 32826
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
· Work directly with end users within the region to communicate changes and impact to their IT environment.
· Work with venders on service contracts to provide the best options for customers.
· Provide troubleshooting on mobile devices and applications.
· Lead educational sessions and training offerings for generation service users.
· May perform 1st and 2nd -level user help desk activities to resolve issues for high priority personnel.
· Develop user guides and instructions for Siemens Energy specific application configurations and setup.
· Record and document all new processes and procedures in service scope and update those already documented to ensure coworkers can understand and follow.
· Work with customers on updates as well as upgrades to mobile devices.
· Education or training in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields are required.
· Excellent communication skills-both written and oral, including presentation skills are required.
· Experience with MS Windows 10 Desktop Administration is desired.
· Experience with MS Office 365 and related applications is desired.
· Familiarity with Cyber Security concepts is desired.
