Job Role: Project Manager (1292490)
Location: 5938 Julian Airport Rd., Liberty, NC 27298
Duration: 12 Months contract (potential to extend)
Job Description:
Detailed Description of Responsibilities:
- Support the upcoming TMNA Production Engineering Project for the battery plant.
- Support planning for installation of machines and processes related to the new production lines.
- Support construction management of contractors tasked with equipment installation.
- Confirm installation quality of machines and processes related to the new / modified production lines.
- Support PE with the planning and assessment of feasible options for construction related activity.
- Liaison for TMNA PE to construction contractor to validate for project management.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in construction environment, with previous history in project management / supervision of large-scale schedule driven activity.
- Understanding Mechanical, Electrical and Fluid specifications for procuring equipment for install.
- Strong Mechanical experience for the ability to set, level and adjust large complex machinery.
- Schedule of manpower and understanding of overall schedule for large job completions.
- Understanding and strong utilization of MS Excel, Word, and PPT.
- Ability to use AutoCAD for drawing review, bid pack creation.
- Ability for business travel to other Toyota facilities for on-the-job training until the North Carolina plant is a functional site.
Bonus:
- Previous skilled trades experience a plus. (Ironworker / Millwright / Pipe Fitter)
- Experience with machine uncrate, installation, setting, leveling.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
