CompTech is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support our customer the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Position Responsibilities

• Provides support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues
• Identifies, researches and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity
• Responds to telephone, email and online requests for technical support
• Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools
• Coordinates with other teams or departments to resolve user problems

Minimum Qualifications

• Decision making, problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-up
• Must be able to exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations
• Two (2) years of experience in a customer service support role
• One (1) year of experience in help desk role
