Job Description :

CSS is looking to add a Dental Recruiting Coordinator to our team to support our expansion. As a Dental Recruiting Coordinator, you will have a clinical background in dentistry with exposure to staffing, recruiting, sales, marketing, or training.

You will enjoy interacting with prospective candidates of all skill levels, as well as regional managers and existing team members.

Daily activities will include :

  • Lead generation and seeking qualified applicants for opportunities within current markets by using our current pipeline and leveraging online posting platforms
  • Creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and successfully evaluating candidates to determine the best fit for the company
  • Developing and maintaining successful relationships with industry-specific schools, alumni groups, and dental organizations

Qualifications :

  • Clinical background in dentistry
  • Exposure to staffing, recruiting, sales, marketing, or training
