Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities:
Leading projects from award of business to start of production
Leading cross-functional, cross-site teams to a successful product launch
Creates and executes project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project
Prepares project tollgate reviews for review by business leadership
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering preferred
At least 3 years' experience in project/program management
Experience successfully delivering new product development projects on time
High energy, self-starter with boundary-less behavior
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
interpersonal skills for effective team communication and successful project execution
