We are looking for people with patience, kindness and understanding to join our customer service team. You will be helping people who are struggling with returning cable equipment and also collecting payments from customers.

• Training lasts for 3 weeks and is paid.
• You will be paid a base hourly rate of $15.50
• You will be paid commissions based on the number of people you are able to help. Typically, employees make an additional $1.25-$1.50/hr in commissions, but our top performers earn much more.
• We are also offering a $500 retention bonus ($250 paid at 90 days and $250 paid at 180 days)
• We are looking for bilingual (Spanish speaking) agents. Please let us know if you are bilingual.
• We do require all new hires to work every Saturday.
