We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our land planning, architectural, engineering, and land surveying projects. You will work closely with our talented team of professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute our projects with precision, efficiency, and a commitment to quality. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving project success, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the continued growth and reputation of our firm.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and closure of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, surveyors, and other professionals, to ensure project success.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Lead project meetings, provide regular status updates, and report on project performance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the architectural, engineering, or land surveying industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and codes is beneficial.
