Requirements:
· 5-13 years project architect experience
. Licensed REQUIRED in WA
. Must have Revit and AutoCAD is a plus
· Must be proficient in at least one project type:
- Residential
- Multifamily
- Healthcare
- Senior living
- Transportation and Aviation
- Civic
- Mixed Use
- Condos
- Government
- Commercial
- EDU
Project Architect:
- Must be well organized, detailed oriented, have a strong work ethic, self-motivated, and work well as a team member
- Architectural project management, project programming
- Conceptual design, design development, contract documentation
- Bidding and construction administration
- Must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- A willingness to be active in developing a positive company culture and participate in community outreach is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Must be someone who is looking for career growth
- Will be working with design and drawing production teams through all phases of client projects. Use experience to bring new approaches to the design process. Help our clients imagine and create what is possible
- Utilizing Revit software, design, prepare construction drawings
- Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite programs, prepare communication graphics, presentations
- Work collaboratively with project team members
- Assist in preparing assembly, enclosure, and waterproofing details under experienced supervision

Qualifications:
- 5-13 years of demonstrable experience
- Licensed project architect
- Conceptual understanding of building codes, standards and building structures
- Conceptual understanding how buildings are constructed with the ability to co-create technical details and documents that succinctly describe the project
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
