Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Duties:

  • Manage the full life cycle of drilling and well rehab construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all project participants.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, anticipating potential issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing public works projects and knowledge of prevailing wage/Davis-Bacon.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in construction or a similar field.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, drilling and well rehab techniques, and relevant regulations would be desired.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office/Google suite.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
