Human Resource Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits-related inquiries.
• Oversee personnel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance the skills of our staff.
• Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and fair manner.
• Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the performance management process, including annual reviews and goal setting.
• Collaborate with management to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Manage HR-related projects and initiatives to improve overall employee satisfaction.Human Resource Coordinator Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in human resources roles, preferably in healthcare or long-term care settings.
