RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status
- Coordinate and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR)
RN Registered Nurse Qualifications:
