RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities Include:

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
• Oversee and coordinate patient care activities
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Proven experience as an RN Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
