```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

- Greet customers as they enter, explain service style.

- Proficiency in using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of catering procedures and ability to handle large groups of customers
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic retail math skills
- Understanding of food service regulations and food safety practices
- Strong sales skills and ability to upsell menu items
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling tips
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
