Pay Grade: 13
Salary: $70,000-$80,000/yr.

Job Summary
The Culinary Content Manager is a pivotal role within our Culinary Sector team, reporting directly to the Director of Culinary Strategic Projects. This position is designed for a dynamic, multi-skilled individual who thrives on variety and the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously. From administrative responsibilities and presentations creation, to conducting research, preparing for photoshoots and events, managing team timelines, creating culinary content for promotions, brands, and trainings, this role demands a highly organized, creative, and proactive approach. We're looking for a 'unicorn'—someone who embodies a relentless desire to learn, a can-do attitude, and the ability to engage and inspire within our close-knit team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse range of culinary projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet Eurest's high standards and brand consistency.
- Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar encompassing strategic initiatives such as Limited Time Offers (LTO) promotions, brand strategy, and core menu enhancements.
- Craft and manage pre-production plans, including style direction, storyboards, copywriting, and recipes; oversee production to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Foster collaboration across the culinary team, graphic designers, videographers/photographers, and other stakeholders to manage timelines, resources, and project execution effectively.
- Act as a central communication hub, proactively addressing and resolving project hurdles to maintain momentum and meet deadlines.
- Engage in continuous learning and research to stay ahead of food and social media trends, applying insights to develop impactful content and strategies.
- Contribute creatively and operationally to photoshoots and events, including prop selection, studio organization, and on-set assistance.
- Embrace a wide array of tasks, demonstrating flexibility, enthusiasm, and a commitment to the team's success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing/Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in project management or a related role, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a detail-oriented and deadline-driven approach.
- A positive, flexible mindset and a forward-thinking, creative outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Ability to receive and act on feedback constructively and efficiently.
- Basic marketing solutions knowledge, including digital storytelling and print ads.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and candor.
- Hands-on experience with content creation, including photo and video shoots in a studio setting.
- Problem-solving prowess, with a knack for innovative and effective solutions.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with a genuine willingness to learn and adapt.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar.
- Experience in writing creative briefs and managing social media or brand campaigns.
