The Creative Content Manager will be a key player in driving the development and implementation of our digital learning programs for Compass Associates. This role will research, write, assist in creation, and manage engaging training programs for our associates for Compass Digital products which include mobile ordering apps, kiosks, POS, credit card readers and more. The Creative Content Manager will also play a key role in writing and managing communications for the Digital Learning team.
A successful Creative Content Manager will be able to collaborate with and lead team members at all levels, showcase a high degree of self-direction to achieve results, embrace change, and remain adaptable.
The successful candidate will have exceptional creative writing skills as well as exceptional leadership and management skills. This includes regular meetings with direct reports and the global team /business stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to drive content training programs from conception to delivery working in collaboration with stakeholders. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and project management skills. The candidate must be a self-starter, with strong attention to detail, capable of diving deep, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Great interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication, time management, ability to multi-task efficiently, and openness to change are required. Demonstrated affinity for technology and a background in technical writing, editing, and information design would be a plus. A passion for communicating effectively, leading cross-team projects and delivering solutions are essential to the role.
