**Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. **Duties:** - Manage all aspects of the store including sales, customer service, and inventory control. - Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service. - Implement strategies to increase store profitability. - Conduct interviews, hire, train, and develop staff. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records. - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers. **Experience:** - Proven experience in retail management with a focus on wireless sales preferred. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members. - Experience in sales management, inventory control, and training development. - Bilingual proficiency is a plus. Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
