Position Summary

The General Manager oversees all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurant service, banquet events, and catering services in a hotel setting. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating event logistics, ensuring quality control, and maximizing revenue. The General Manager also works closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to coordinate events and enhance guest experiences. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managed day-to-day F&B operations, including restaurant service, banquet events, and catering services.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure high standards of service and professionalism.
• Plan and coordinate banquet events, including menu selection, room setup, and staffing requirements.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote events and attract new business.
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory levels, and budgetary constraints.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with hotel management, vendors, suppliers, and other business partners to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
