- Ensure production payroll is completed weekly and properly
- Daily attendance – check call ins, assess attendance points
- Monitor Attendance - write up Disc. Notices when necessary
- Monitor vacations and balances
- Material Safety Data Sheets are updated
- Maintain the timecard system for all employees.
- Assist in employee lunches
- Assist in employee outings/parties
- Member of safety committee
- ESD Check sheets are posted weekly and monitor daily.
