Overview – Front Desk Administrator – Columbus, OH

CPO is a successful, mission-driven organization managing a diverse and growing affordable housing portfolio. We have an excellent career opportunity for an individual looking to join an innovative Property Management team. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our main campus visitors. Supporting our office, leasing, and property management team.

We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service and technical skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment. Property Management is a fast-paced, highly regulated, customer service focused environment. The successful candidate must relate effectively with applicants and provide professional customer service, and respect for residents and others visiting our office.

Responsibilities of The Front Desk Administrator duties include, but are not limited to:

Provide quality customer service

Perform daily front desk functions as needed:

  • Greet customers both in-person and over the phone with a welcoming demeanor.
  • Connect guests with the appropriate resources promptly.
  • Manage the general office voicemail daily, and forward messages to the appropriate staff.
  • Assist in managing the office lobby.
  • Accept tenant payments.

Provide Administrative support to our Property Management and Compliance teams:

  • Schedule and assist in preparation for trainings and events.
  • Prepare reports, agendas and other documentation as needed.
  • Conduct research related to special projects.
  • Perform administrative functions, including but not limited to, ordering supplies, making travel arrangements and financial reconciliations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

· High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

· 2 years of experience in customer service

· YARDI and Microsoft Office experience

Selected candidates will be subject to the following background checks:

· Criminal History*

· Credit Check

· Drug Screen

*The final candidate selected for the position will be required to undergo a criminal background check.
