The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our HR systems (Dayforce), gathering data, and making recommendations based on performance metrics. The individual will also be required to design new HRIS processes, system maintenance and general human resources duties. The successful candidate will combine their HR knowledge with expertise in HRIS to ensure optimal People and Organization (HR) management.Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Serve as the expert on the HRIS system, rolling out new processes and procedures within the system as well as constantly evaluating current processes in order to identify areas of improvement.Consulting with HR leadership and other departments to determine HRIS needsAnalyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issuesDocumenting processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reportsPerforming application upgrades, as well as and providing training and technical supportDeveloping and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR managementOptimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic testsPerforming statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running queriesPartner with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure that systems are optimized, compliant and efficientEnsuring the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including turnover, retention, attendance and team member performance dataPerforming audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when requiredKeeping track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRISManage licensure tracking for clinical team membersEmployment Verification Perform other duties as assignedRequirements and Qualifications:Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related major field, preferred.Experience: A minimum of two years of HRIS experience is required.
