Communicare Inc is Hiring a Consumer Support Specialist Near New Haven, CT

POSITION SUMMARY: The consumer support specialist will reach out to previous callers to the crisis service and request their feedback by asking several questions on a survey. At the end of the fiscal year, the specialist will compile the information from the surveys.

Accountable and responsible for the following results:

  • Conduct consumer satisfaction surveys via telephone.
  • Attend 2 crisis service staff meetings per year.
  • Assist with the preparation of SCCS materials.
  • Attend other SCCS leadership meetings to provide PIR feedback and inform the policy making process.
  • May perform other assignments and duties as assigned.
  • May be required to use own vehicle on company business

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED. Strong organizational skills, personal experience as a person in recovery in the mental health system and a good understanding of the needs of those in recovery. Experience in office setting.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. Must maintain an acceptable driving record and be insurable at a reasonable rate under the Organization’s auto insurance plan.
