CommTech is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator Near Metairie, LA

General Summary: Provide general office administration and support to assist with office operations, accounting processes as well as sales & marketing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Marketing Coordination:

  • Manage social media accounts
  • Develop and execute email campaigns via HubSpot
  • Ensure proper lead tracking and accurate contact lists in HubSpot
  • Assist with event coordination and support

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Office Management:

  • Support and coordination of general office needs, office & kitchen supplies, and client visits
  • Answer general company phone calls
  • Coordinate building management and repairs
  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements
  • Act as the morale committee chair and ensure the execution of monthly team-building events
  • Organize birthday and anniversary cards for the staff
  • Create new employee welcome packets

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Sales & Accounting Support:

  • Receive incoming and ship outgoing products via accounting and vendor processes
  • Create purchase orders
  • Receive incoming and ship outgoing products via accounting and procurement processes
  • Assist Accounting with:
    • Establishing customer agreements and information that corresponds to service and/or project contracts.
    • Investigating and resolving customer inquiries with billing and invoicing as well as delayed payments and other irregularities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

  • Proficient with general office applications
  • Ability to become proficient in CommTech’s core business applications, specifically ConnectWise CRM
  • Proficient with social media applications like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Skill in preparing written communications and materials
  • Experience working with HubSpot is a plus
  • Ability to develop an understanding of CommTech services and product offerings, customer requirements, and IT market dynamic
