****Position Summary****

Line cooks assist with food preparation, follow recipes, maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment, and possess a growth mentality. An ideal candidate focuses on service, education, and a positive kitchen culture based on trust and respect. ***Common House is a teaching kitchen. Learning and growth are high a priority amongst our team.***

**Qualifications:**

* Preferred, but not required, 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen

* Interested in sourcing locally and seasonally

* Possesses a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and take direction

* Self-motivated, positive demeanor, punctual, strong multitasking skills
