Seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Project Manager.

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of commercial construction project management experience.

• Must be detailed oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be capable of preparing and reviewing project documents, submittals, RFI’s, Change

Orders and pay applications.

• Must be able to prepare schedules/budgets and maintain them through closeout of project.

• Must have ability to work with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors and all office and field team members.

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a quality product.

• Estimating skills are desirable.

• Must be computer literate with knowledge in MS Office, Microsoft Project, Adobe.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
