Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee landscape projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and field teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively.
- Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure project success.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure team cohesion and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards throughout project execution.
- Track project progress, document milestones, and prepare reports for management and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the landscaping or construction industry, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, construction techniques, and plant materials.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
